The court held that hunting rights for the Crow tribe under a 19th-century treaty did not expire when Wyoming became a state. This case centered on a member of the tribe, Clayvin Herrera, who faced charges for off-season hunting in Bighorn National Forest in Wyoming.

Great, so a some Indian is out hunting and the game wardens are being assholes. Game and Fish is a major source of income for Wyoming, but seriously that's being too much of an asshole. Then again, Indian teens tomahawking cattle then running back onto res lands is also a dick move that happens.
