From Salon:
Could President Trump, Justice Clarence Thomas and a Kentucky teenager make it harder for liberals to criticize conservatives by redefining what constitutes defamation in the United States? Nick Sandmann appears determined to do that.
Can anyone guess what I changed in this quote? It is obvious if you consider Salon wrote it.

MEMBER FOR 15 MINUTES?!? and SECOND POST?
Anyway, you basically REPEATED their typical propaganda , omitting one word "Donald" from their worried and panicked article about $250 million dollar suits :
The salon article was not written by a lawyer, I believe, nor fact checked by one. His masthead says he (Matthew Rozsa) only has a Masters in History and thinking of completing a PhD in History.
The kid was NOT a public figure, and though he will NOT win for libel based on history of USA, he WILL win $$$ for his life being ruined, his limitations of college, his lifetime lost future earnings, his mental duress, his nightmares, the fact that he was a minor, etc etc. He will get millions of dollars. If he ALSO gets a few extra bucks for libel, that would be groundbreaking in USA.

I was just pointing out that they finally got called out for not using the term 'President' enough times that they had to start. But to make up for it, they use his full name after the title as they have successfully created the Orange Straw man.
Their language and every utterance is political bullshit. Look to see how they referred to Obama vs. Trump.
Also it is evident someone at Salon wrote the legal filing as well, considering they misused the word 'substantially'.
