One of the officers involved in the area said Sheppard was initially pulled over by police after leaving the scene of a wreck, according to court documents filed on Tuesday.

Jhasmynn Sheppard, 22, has been charged with disarming a police officer, assault and resisting arrest following the traffic stop in Tuscaloosa on Friday He said Sheppard started making 'furtive' movements and incoherent statements before the officer asked her to step out of her car. The officer said he placed handcuffs around one of Sheppard's wrists but she refused to turn and face the car. She is accused of pulling her arms out of the officer's grip so he wrestled her to the ground.
The officer claims he then felt something pull on his duty belt. The police report states that a second officer arrived and informed the first officer that Sheppard had pulled his baton free. They said Sheppard continued to kick and struggle with the two officers as they placed her in handcuffs.

Negros don't know how to act around cops. Of course it would be racist to suggest this be taught in schools even though it would probably save lives. Black people have to be black.
