These planes are costing us 241 million and Boeing can't be fussed enough to send a $15/hr janitor through to clean out the trash? This is the functional equivalent of buying a new luxury car and finding a pile of McDonald's wrappers in the back seat.
I'd rewrite the contract so that Boeing has to rebate $1 million dollars for each piece of trash they find.
