It's a DOT GOV account. All of those require you to be on the a government payroll to be issues any email with a .gov extension. The domain could be anything, but that extension requires you to be on the payroll for the government.

Note you can be on the payroll as an unpaid intern even. But you still show up on the payrolls. Everything is accounted for or rather supposed to be in regards to government accounts.

I believe you know what you're talking about, but I can't prove it. I'm going to keep playing devil's advocate though, and change my stance slightly: Her boyfriend is on the payroll, but we cannot say how much he's getting paid or if he is getting paid any amount.

It's fishy and it's uncool, but as I understand it, a lot of representatives are saying they have spouses that have access to their online schedule. Are all of them on payroll? Is that incorrect? I don't think this is going to become a scandal, but I may be proved wrong in the coming days. I stopped judging before I get the facts since I called for the Covington kids to die in a fire. That was a joke.

Nah I absolutely can't get a .gov email from my wife. She would get insta-fired.
