most cops in the U.S have low IQ's. One's with high IQ's are automatically withdrawn. http://abcnews.go.com/US/court-oks-barring-high-iqs-cops/story?id=95836

government can't control people with brains. easy to control low IQ cops and let them screw up over and over.

I remember that video of cops nonchalantly watching another cop shoot his wife in front of their daughter. Those police officers asked for the daughter to come out of the vehicle first and then allowed the cop to do the deed while they watched. For them this was just a comrade having a bad day.

This is when I realized that this was not just isolated cases happening here and there. They are all brothers in arms and nobody can touch them. This is institutionalized gang mentality.

Was she being arrested on any sort of charges? The article doesn't do a very good job covering the cops perspective here while it give's every light to Rose's.

I want to know why the cop was there to begin with, and on what grounds he felt he should cuff her. Also why let her go after all that?

You should really read the article before commenting. The officer was determined to have entered the home illegally, without probable cause. He retired early, with his full pension, in order to avoid an investigation.

The woman was never charged with a crime, and the officer lied and/or neglected to file a report.

"Rose and another officer responded to Rossi’s home, responding to a complaint about an argument between the mom and her estranged husband."

Rose and his partner started interrogating Rossi, and the mom admitted that she took an attitude with the cops. The conversation got more aggressive, and Rossi said she felt “uncomfortable” — so she asked the cops if she could fetch her phone to record their conversation.

“I turn to go into my living room, and I probably get about five steps in and all of a sudden, I just hear boots running in after me, telling me, ‘Stop or I’ll arrest you!’” she told the TV station.

TL:DR Cops responds to complaint, woman won't let cops into the house, cops get aggressive. Woman informs cops she is going to begin recording, cops break into the house and arrest her to preempt recording. Woman's kids record anyways. One of the cops says the following.

“Don’t take attitude with cops, because we don’t play,” officer Rose said. “When a cop shows up, you’re not the one in charge. I don’t care if this is your house.”

Damn, if that would have happened to my mom, in front of me when was a teenager, I'd have tried to kill him. That's some illegal shadiness right there. Fools like this give cops a bad rep.

She needs to sue him personally and take that pension.

To protect ourselves from the abuses of psychopaths in uniform. What must be done?

Shotguns. For every homeowner.
