This is what is going to happen to the entire infrastructure of the Western world in a few decades. It's already happened in Third World countries. Water is stolen, electricity is stolen, gasoline is stolen, heating oil is stolen, copper wires are ripped out of buildings or torn down from poles to sell for scrap, batteries are stolen, the very paving stones are torn up from the ground. Nothing created for the general good survives. Today it's Mexico, tomorrow it's the United States.
