"Section 8" is nothing more than a Trojan Horse for large numbers of feral blacks to enter white neighborhoods. And it's highly likely that blacks will trash the property, lower property values, and increase local crime.

If you're white, and become aware of Section 8 properties in your mostly-white area....and you want your neighborhood to stay that way, then do everything within your power to purchase that property. The demographic replacement of whites can't happen without "public housing assistance". If you control all Section 8 Housing, then just convert it into farmland....and the "white genocide" issue will eventually correct itself.

If you're white, buy real estate. The more real estate you control in your town, the less chance you have of being demographically replaced.

When I was a kid, government decided our diverse neighborhood should have more opportunity for disadvantaged minorities and started dumping illegal Mexicans into our community as well as niggers. 3 apartment blocks that once housed middle class families was converted into section 8 living space for niggers and taco niggers. That's why I advocate that whites start buying Section 8 properties, and converting them to farmland.......as soon as any such opportunity presents itself. In fact, you probably want to limit the existence of any large apartment complexes whatsoever in your local community....at all. You buy a Section 8 property, and every single time someone moves out....you replace it with NON-Section 8 housing, or you just leave it empty. This tactic will probably cost you money, but we all have to pay a price to save civilization...one street at a time.

Yes you can. Credit checks, employment checks usually weed out most niggers and white trash.

If you don't own and rent more than 3 properties/units, fair housing laws don't apply.

There are exemptions. Generally if you don't have too many properties (i.e. you don't need a property management firm) and you aren't asking well above market value for rent, you can basically rent to who you want (it wouldn't be questioned, and even if it were, you have plausible deniability and I think it's within your rights).

If you ask too high of a rent, you won't get many applicants (and have a lower chance of finding an applicant you like). A rental that stays on the market while there are applicants could be viewed as discriminatory depending on jurisdiction and if applicants complain.

Look, Tallest_Talmud....if your property is not Section 8, then someone would have to legally PROVE that you're choosing to avoid renting to non-whites. There's incentive to convert your rental property to Section 8, because a landlord for Section 8 is guaranteed to receive 80% of the rent from the government...while the tenant is responsible for the rest. Theoretically, tenants are supposed to pay about 30% of their income on rent. How that works out in reality....is hard to say.

The only thing I do know.....is that non-whites UNOFFICIALLY have favored status for acquiring Section 8 Housing. That means black, Musloids, and Hispanics will end up in your Section 8 property.....and blacks are the worst offenders for destroying rental properties, while shitting up the local neighborhood. If you care about your property values, nuke every Section 8 Housing in your area...that you possibly can.

The big ones are have less than three rental units or love on site.

Since you can only require proof of income based on the rent paid in addition to the voucher, see if you can make the rule something like $400+(rent X2) rather than rentX3. Require a minimum credit score. Whatever rules you have make sure they're consistent.

Make recent evictions disqualifying, require a records of consistent income.

Advertise places available in 2-3 months, you only want people who are planning ahead.

Oh, if and only if they meet your standards (remember these standards need to be consistent to protect you) black seniors that aren't taking care of their illegitimate grandkids are acceptable tenents.

Figure what the vouchers cover for the number of bedrooms, and set your earnings requirement high enough that SSI won't cover it. We required 3x the monthly rent, and no past evictions or collections related to rent. That made a lot, maybe 90%, ineligible, but if momma and her 3 retarded kids were all drawing disability, they still slipped through. It was worth paying for the background and credit checks.

My current landlord wouldn't even pick up the phone or respond to the emails the real estate agency sent her saying that I was willing to front the entire cost of installing a really decent split system air conditioner if she was willing to lock my rent at it's current price for the next few years. I even made sure to mention that if I were to be evicted it would be tough luck on my end and that it would remain their property afterwards.

I could have handled being told to go fuck myself but now I have nothing but contempt for them and this property. I'm going to report every minor fault with the place to drain the money they have to keep on hand for repairs and keep the major problems to myself until they become an undeniably massive hazard that requires immediate fixing. I have no doubts whatsoever that hitting them where it hurts like that will get their attention and then I'm going to fuck off to a better place with a landlord that actually gives a shit.
