Use local farm markets, cook normal food. Cooking requires bit of skill that has been taken away from the people here in US. The constant attack on family values to create brainless consumers is obvious. Cooking was something passed on from mother to daughter, not to mention cooking is intro to chemistry if the lady is interested in it.
