My ears itch when I eat avocado...am I allergic?
I get headaches from macadamia nuts...Am I allergic?
I get diarrhea from cherries...am I allergic?
No, I'm not. But I say I am to simplify my denial of those foods.
Actually I've never said no to avocado, the itchiness isn't bad.

If you start itching from eating avocado, that sounds like a histamine reaction. You're probably allergic. I'm that way with artichoke, which I also still eat on occasion. Side note: Do you get a slight electric sensation on your tongue, like licking a battery?

avocado allergy is same as latex and banana allergy

No reaction to tongue or digestion from avocado, just itchy inner ear. Salting helps

My chest hurts after eating raw broccoli. What's that about. It's also not super consistent but when it does happen it is super noticeable and gets worse if I eat more.
