The important cue here is "vomiting blood" -- that means its contagious. It isn't incubating and under control like the Nebraska case where someone is being treated. I'd be VERY wary of this shit. It can slip out of control pretty easily if they don't do a proper job of it.

The only thing that's prevented Ebola from causing a pandemic is how sparsely populated most of Africa is. Once it gets a foothold in a major metropolitan area it's going to cause a firestorm.
