In this case color of cop would make no difference except for msm reactions. Cops can not have a high IQ score in most departments.

I've only seen one case where they thought a guy was overqualified - and that's just what they told him. And you'll notice different actions and reactions from different colored people - so it does matter.

https://abcnews.go.com/US/court-oks-barring-high-iqs-cops/story?id=95836

It was an actual court case

Also "And you'll notice different actions and reactions from different colored people" you state colored people will have multiple different actions/reactions. That would mean color is not a major contributor but rather something else would be the deciding factor in the decision to shoot or not, color may be a contributing factor but not necessarily.

Police departments around the US have over the years lowered IQ/testing requirements and standards for entry into police training/academy. Muh racism was quoted that not enough niggers were allowed in, so they weren't allowed to police their own neighborhoods. This in turned lower testing standards for detectives and other higher level department heads.
