As a veteran with a severe back injury, I benefitted greatly from yoga. What I didn't benefit from was having to be around the types of degenerate liberals those classes are populated with. fortunately once I cobbled together a routine that worked for me, I was able to just do it at home.

Yoga story time- I used to think it was 100% for faggots. Then while preparing for a combat sport competition, I was having an issue with a specific muscle in my legs- the vastus medialis. It's the muscle that runs along the inner side of the thigh. It can be quite difficult to stretch.

A guy in my training class happened to do yoga, and he showed me a pose that seems to isolate and target those muscles. It fucking hurt at first, but after about a week, the issue I was having was dealt with, and my legs are stronger than ever.

Lesson learned- there is almost always something that you can gain from any phenomena. Take it, make it yours, and implement it in a way that works for your purposes.
