Yep. You could prob get away running it off a raspberry pi. Your domain registrar might fuck with you like they did with daily stormer. Next would be troubles with your isp. If you started sharing your IP, your isp could just set your reservation to expire every 5mins and all your links would expire.

It's an expense but if you're going to be hosting a website, at least pay for a single static IP.

There used to be a service called dynamicdns.com. Not sure they are still around or not but they would update your dns when your address changed. Every 5 mins would be a bit of a problem.

I have used noip.com a few times. Theres another trick ive played with.

Bottom line, we're not at the point of your ISP disconnecting you, but its the next step.
