That's what's wrong with the world. Any adult man who has a passion for raising and inspiring children is presumed to be a pedo. Meanwhile actual pedos operate in broad daylight with impunity.

I have an issue with men who volunteer their time to work with children for free. Generally, men hate being around other people's little screaming demons. Being paid well to work with them is different, because men will tolerate all kinds of horrors in exchange for money.

But when a man wants to be around your children, potentially have access to them alone, and he doesn't want any kind of compensation- he is getting something out of it. It'd be nice to believe that "he's just getting a good feeling out of it", but the world is fucked. The number of people who do things just because they're the right things to do is staggeringly low.

It's different with women. A woman might feel compelled to spend time around other people's kids before she has her own, as a sort of "training" for her future motherhood. So if a 20 year old woman volunteers to babysit or w/e, it makes perfect sense because she's acting on her nurturing instincts.

You know what natural instincts males feel towards other men's children? Fucking KILL THEM, they are competition for my children, they must be dealt with. Look at lions- when an alpha male dies, and a younger lion takes on the mantle of alpha, the first thing he does is kill all the cubs that belonged to the previous alpha. If you don't think this instinct exists in human males, you're a fool.

Yup... Not surprising that anyone with a degree or a badge is given an instant pass.. I'm reminded of the story from Ravi Zacharias who said, "Any average Joe can be a thief and steal something off a railcar... But you give that man a university education and he'll steal the whole railroad company." it's always about the man, not the position or authority. Question every authority. Full stop.

Unfortunately, one has to. If they don't want to exploit them directly, they want to exploit their parent's wallets or use them as an excuse to collect a paycheck.
