Where is Wyatt Earp? We've got another Clanton that needs killing.

Here is the Lawyer for Clanton:

State Bar of California controversy[edit] Upon receiving his J.D. degree from the University of California School of Law in 1970 and passing the California bar examination, Siegel was denied a license to practice law by a subcommittee of the State Bar of California. According to the Long Beach Independent, his admittance to the bar was denied on moral grounds because he allegedly "advocated violence and the seizure of property and lied when he denied advocating those things". Earlier in the year, he had been charged with inciting a riot, but had charges dismissed due to a lack of evidence.[6] Siegel and his lawyer Malcolm Burnstein appealed the subcommittee's decision, taking his appeal to the California Supreme Court, which overruled the State Bar and found that Siegel possessed the requisite "moral character" to practice law

Charges Dropped Against Eric Clanton? - YouTube

This has been an automated message.

Eric Clanton had been linked by police to violent assaults with a metal bike lock during a “free speech” rally in Berkeley on April 15, 2017. Before his arrest, Clanton had been “outed” online, on the website 4chan, as someone who used a bike lock to strike a man in the head. The assault was captured in a video clip (below) that drew widespread attention and anger after it was posted on YouTube. Wednesday, Clanton was supposed to have had his preliminary hearing, where a judge decides whether there’s enough evidence in a case for it to move ahead to trial. Instead, there was no hearing, and information about Clanton’s plea deal became available online. According to Alameda County Superior Court records, Clanton entered a “no contest” plea Wednesday to one misdemeanor battery charge. The felony charges against him were dismissed, and an allegation that he had caused serious bodily injury was stricken. A misdemeanor charge that Clanton wore a mask during the commission of the crime also was dropped.

Missing from the article is the name of the prosecutor/DA who took an evidence-rich case which had the defendant dead-to-rights on the charges of assault and attempted murder, a man whom the Antifa Activist Group emulates with a clear sense of impunity, and then let the perpetrator go with a slap on the wrist.

Who was the DA that handled this case? What are their POLITICAL affiliations?
Are they connected to Antifa or the Democrat party?

We know that the defense attorney, Dan Siege, is, himself, a member of the Communist party, is a fascist fellow in good standing with Antifa, who promotes violence and denies the special protections of the First Amendment. And you just gave this miscreant and his appalling client a pass?

When there is no justice for the victims of crime, society finds justice by other avenues. Who does not know this?
