Activist judges are the biggest threat all of us face. It was either Hungary or Poland that decided to get rid of theirs and Germany's proxy the EU accused them of being anti democratic tyrants. The Globalist need crooked judges, they're really important. Everything I've ever heard about judges is that they'd be super easy to blackmail by hooker because they're that fucked up.

It was Poland and most of the judges removed from the bench dated back to the communist era.

Judges provide political legitimacy to the laws manufactured by politicians who have none.

Judges are the clerks for the sons of plunder. Now you know.

No, archiving a garbage source doesn't make it not a garbage source. Especially when it's an editorialized reblog from infowars's editorialized reblog of an actual news piece

INfoWars' Jones has proclaimed his lvoe for brown people and put down whites a lot on his show! therefore it's clearly quality content from a good person who's going to heaven and you should definitely like him. after all, there's no greater feelings than professing one's love for brown people...

It’s a garbage source which shouldn’t be posted (or at least not without a caveat). But the facts it is reporting have been reported elsewhere and do suggest the analysis in this piece is actually sound.

First I noticed they didn't link to the RT article they quoted. So I looked at the Infowars article it does link to, and it's actually this article with the RT link intact.

The judge imprisoned Robinson under the assumption that his reporting would cause a mistrial by influencing jury opinion.

This article is hard to decipher. It's written to grind an axe, repetative and sparse. But this quoted statement, doesn't this apply to the law prohibiting recording or to the terms of his parole, and not to the mind of the judge? But now that endless attention has been poured on the subject, I have no faith in my ability to determine what really happened. The signal to noise ratio is near null at this point. Infowars should be ashamed for contributing to that manipulative noise instead of clarifying the importance of what the judge said.

My big question is whether the jury for the trial taking place had internet access while judging it, and whether they were watching him report outside. Usually juries are cut off and can only see evidence brought forth in court. If press cannot report on crimes publicly available without being imprisoned, that sets a horrible precedent.

The press couldn't even report on this very arrest until the gag was lifted on it, though the gag on the case he was reporting on remained at that time, and may still remain. The UK's horrible precedents have already happened.

the trial he was reporting on was over, they were on to the sentencing when he was arrested.

The verdict was guilty prior to him filming outside the courtroom. The jury had already made its decision. How could he infuence a jury past tense?

Certainly had time and energy to have a nice little chuckle with the cops in that public-facing window though.

Brit-goats, is there anyway to get that judge disbarred for malpractice, or whatever the judge equivalent is?

Okay. Here's the thing.

Robinson pled guilty to the charges before being sentenced. This is likely why the judge never looked into the evidence.

IMO the question is whether the judge browbeat Tommy into his plea, or if it was the police or prosecutor, or if it was Tommy being an idiot. (Tommy was taking about knowing the legal limits in his video, so the latter is IMO not likely.)

I don't think we'll know until Tommy is released or until the transcript of the court proceedings is made public.

Robinson pled guilty to the charges before being sentenced.

Fucking this. The guy was on parole and knowingly violating the law. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Whether he was violating the law is sketchy, actually. The point is that he pled guilty.
