Kavanaugh led the investigation into the suicide of Clinton aide Vince Foster..

[–] BaldMiscreant [S] 0 points 24 points (+24|-0) ago

Isn't Foster one of those mysterious suicides surrounding the Clintons?

[–] Sev_ 0 points 14 points (+14|-0) ago

One of many

[–] carlip 1 points 16 points (+17|-1) ago

reading more it appears so. he was a judge in Florida counting votes during Bush Gore. he and his wife worked for Bush during his first years, after which kavanaugh was given a judgeship.

[–] senpaithatignoresyou 1 points 1 points (+2|-1) ago

Placing him in the supreme court puts him in the extreme public eye. This also removes him from the circuit court, and allows trump to pick someone to fill this vacancy.

Trump gets to pick a bonus judge at a lower level, the swamp level, if he picks this guy.

[–] Markb63 0 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago

Oh fk.

[–] Ocelot 2 points 0 points (+2|-2) ago

And? Nothing will come of it. Face it, none of this means anything if it doesn't move us closer to armed revolution.

[–] VetGoat84 4 points 16 points (+20|-4) ago

He won't overturn Roe v Wade. That sucks. He was on the Vince Foster case and the Starr report, that's promising. He is against Obama care and votes the Constitution, good. Pro 2nd? I think so. I give this guy a Meh+

[–] BaldMiscreant [S] 1 points 49 points (+50|-1) ago

Roe v wade is only exploited by degenerates and minorities, as long as we continue to foster conservative values in our children, we can soldier on.

[–] Super_Cooper 0 points 24 points (+24|-0) ago

I like roe v. Wade because we'd have over 100 million more niggers in this country otherwise. Probably a similar number of beaners also.

[–] undertheshills 0 points 12 points (+12|-0) ago

Give me a break we need Roe v Wade. The kids getting aborted would not be getting conservative values.

[–] VetGoat84 0 points 7 points (+7|-0) ago

well said.

[–] Jay_Mac 1 points 24 points (+25|-1) ago  (edited ago)

If Roe v Wade is overturned the abortion issue goes back to the states where almost all of them will legalize it. Only shitty people get abortions which is why I'm o.k. with it. If I was in an all white country not on clown world I would be against it,

[–] ArchmageMordenkainen 0 points 20 points (+20|-0) ago

Yep, that's the one positive thing I have to say about abortions. They may be degenerate, but only degenerates who vote Democrat get them. The shitlibs have unintentionally given us a very nice, self-regulating eugenics program.

[–] Onlio 1 points 0 points (+1|-1) ago

I think you would be surprised at who gets abortions. You may think you know, but you have no idea

[–] chirogonemd 0 points 17 points (+17|-0) ago

I don't think we beat abortion with law anyway. We beat it with values, and raising up a generation or two of people who treat both abortion and the people who get them like fucking trash.

[–] badruns 0 points 7 points (+7|-0) ago

Mexicans are the largest breeding group in the US. They do NOT get abortions.

[–] weezkitty 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

Just like gun law or marijuana or alcohol prohibition. Making stuff illegal doesn't stop people from doing it. If you want to reduce it, you need to change culture not law

[–] ArchmageMordenkainen 0 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago

I wouldn't say he's pro-2nd, he just fails to be anti-2nd. He won't let any new restrictions pass but he won't repeal any of the old ones either. Certainly not as good a choice as the guy on the short-list who was a genuine activist for gun rights in his youth.

[–] Pepper-theDoctor 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

My understanding is that he supports the second amendment how it was written and intended to be interpreted. Meaning all guns should be legal.

[–] Doglegwarrior 1 points 12 points (+13|-1) ago

He is in bed with the bush crime family for fuck sake.. i hope he will be a legit constitutionalist but fuck he reeks of deep state bush, skull and bones type assholes.

[–] 70times7 3 points -3 points (+0|-3) ago

Hes a jesuit of Rome.

Jesuits are the "deep state".

[–] NukeTheEstablishment 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

The Jesuit Order got taken over by Zionists a long time ago. It was how they infiltrated the Catholic Church.

[–] Grumpy_Old_Man 1 points 9 points (+10|-1) ago  (edited ago)

Great choice. An originalist when it comes to the Constitution. In his spare time he coaches his daughter's basketball team and helps feed the poor. Seems like a decent guy.

And Trump may get 2 more SC picks. It's a great time to be a Conservative.

[–] Super_Cooper 0 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago

I'm crossing my fingers that ginsburg will die while Trump is in office. It would be a wonderful gift from God if that were to happen.

[–] Fact_Checking_Alien 2 points 2 points (+4|-2) ago

You know, I don't like Ginsburg either, but wishing for people to die as a "gift from God" is the most incredibly hypocritical unchristian thing I've ever read. You clearly aren't any kind of Christian if your ideal world is one in which people die, rather than one in which people try their best to be the best people they can. What's wrong with you?

[–] rightbyroy 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

word is she's tripled her daily intake of goyim foreskins in her effort to outlast Trump.

[–] uvulectomy 1 points 2 points (+3|-1) ago

They'll definitely end up having to drag that old bag's corpse out of there. No way she'll retire while a conservative is in the White House.

Somehow, I get the feeling the bitch will outlive the solar system, subsisting on pure hatred for Trump.

[–] Deflo56 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

Moloch will take her directly into his kingdom. I’m sure my God has nothing to do with the smelly thing.

[–] Jameson_In_A_Glass 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

I'd disagree, he doesnt seem to have that much respect for the 2nd amendment.

[–] Grumpy_Old_Man 1 points 0 points (+1|-1) ago

You're wrong. Look at his decisions on the 2A.

[–] BaldMiscreant [S] 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

He doesn't appear to have that much to say about it in general.

[–] CowWithBeef 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

Shouldn't an originalist be considered moderate?

[–] Grumpy_Old_Man 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago

No. An origialist strictly adheres to the Constitution and believes the Constitution is stable and can only be changed by amendment. I wouldn't call that a moderate.

[–] SyriansAreTerrorists 1 points 0 points (+1|-1) ago

Fuck the poor. Those lazy pieces of shit need to get jobs or learn how to manage their finances. I'm tired of paying for their laziness and pure degeneracy.

[–] strange_69 0 points 7 points (+7|-0) ago

Cue Gloria Allred with her 20 bimbos.

[–] Scine 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

Fuck that cunt.

[–] BaldMiscreant [S] 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

I kinda want to see CNN reee over this, wish I'd watched it there but it didn't occur to me.

[–] holaymackal 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Twitter is saying the tears are coming in hot and heavy right now. I almost wish I had cable TV to see it!

edit: i found a cnn live stream: http://www.playlivesnews.com/2010/08/watch-cnn-news-live/

[–] Pattern_Blind 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago  (edited ago)

He is a Bush appointee Neocon butt puppet. What we know is that when we need him for a crucial vote, he will side with the God Damn Degenerate Parasites! Think Obamacare tax and the Justice Roberts Neocon move.

In between time his rulings will be slowly degrading our Republic in favor of Centralized Power.

Neocon’s gonna Neocon.

Trump is a rapist on reddit gets 35k upvotes.

Trumps new SCOTUS mega thread gets 2.6k upvotes

Well that's Reddit for ya.

[–] Shitapple_samsquamsh 1 points 2 points (+3|-1) ago

It amazes me that a country that is supposedly free. That despises the idea of autocratic, non representative rule is super excited about the idea of autocratic, non representative rule simply because they are told that these particular judicial tyrants may agree with them. This goes for both left AND right. Being ruled by appointed elites who will hold power for a lifetime doesnt sound too good to me.

[–] beece 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago

Bullshit! If Hillary had made the choice, you'd have a judge who would preface their comments by saying :"I think...". With Trump's choices, you have judges who say: "The constitution is clear on this...."

We still have the rule of "LAW", instead of rule of "PERSON". That law is the written and it's called the constitution, and judges are the last bastion of hope when those overstep their bounds, defining what the congress is legislating and the President agrees with. It's a good fucking system, go "be amazed" and whine elsewhere you fucking pussy.

[–] mrpepperfield 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

One of the principles that the founding fathers used was a check and balance against power. In this case, the appointment and tenure that judges are given is a check against democratic voting. It's the same reason why an amendment needs 75% of states and a supermajority in congress to pass. Otherwise a simple 51% of the population voting block can change America overnight. The hope is that the judges will keep our laws and country inline with the constitution no matter how radical the current voting population is.

[–] BackAsswards 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

I agree but at least we vote for the decider.

[–] Shitapple_samsquamsh 1 points 2 points (+3|-1) ago

Not trying too be argumentative, but to me... this is like a slave picking the master who whips him the least.
Now i know i am getting whipped less right now... and that feels good! But the other 49% of the slave farm is getting fucked up. And you and i know, that in the end, our turn of whippings is only a few appointments away.

I dont like that, Sam-I-Am. I dont like that at all. Feels like we are being played.

[–] BaldMiscreant [S] 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

I'd frankly love a 10 year term limit for scotus

[–] no-hurry-no-pause 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago  (edited ago)

It amazes me that a country that is supposedly free.

Democracy is not equal to freedom.

How does having the 51% writing rules and taxing the remaining 49% make it more "free" for the 49% than having 1% autocratically rule everybody else?

How does giving 50 million niggers a vote on the amount and use of my taxes increase my "freedom" compared to paying taxes directly to a king?
