One day some """""girl""""" is going to use his superior manly build and fuck some actual girl up so bad

They wouldn't want me on that jury. The parents refuse to stand up and demand this stuff be stopped. The competitors refuse to stand up and demand it be stopped. The coaches refuse to stand up and demand it be stopped. All of the power is in the hands of the sane people, and because they refuse to just simply stand up and do what's right, this shit goes on.

So if some girl gets killed out there... too bad, so sad. No pennies for her parents.

I think you fail to understand the four boxes of liberty. If you're on the jury, you're the third box. It's your duty to solve the problem, or you're just asking them to take it to the next box. Which is the same thing the people in power did during boxes one and two. The fourth box isn't pleasant for anybody, and why it's also the last option.

In such a hypothetical civil lawsuit, it would still be wrong to award damages. The participant knew the danger she was facing when wrestling with a boy or another girl on steroids. The parents would have known too. So they took the risk and have no grounds for an award, in my view.

The only question remains is if I would walk out of the courtroom laughing at them.
