While CNN’s headline reads “Trump not getting much from Kim“. US media propaganda is stronger than North Korea’s! LOL

[–] lettersofmarque 0 points 8 points (+8|-0) ago

You're not kidding. I clicked over there to check and they just can't stop hating on the man for one second. Reminds me of the joke where he walks on water and the headline reads "Trump Can't Swim!" What a steaming pile that outlet is.

[–] dooob 0 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago

With every hate-article they write, they lose people's support. I truly hope they keep attacking Trump till the day they destroy themselves and blame it on Russia, racists, incels... Whatever scapegoat they use, will fail.

*South Korea's

[–] causticity 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

The lying Western mainstream media can scream foul all they want; they're ultimately irrelevant. For this issue, what's really important are what the Koreans think, and they're lovin' it.

Next stop, cure (((cancer)))

Trump: *cures cancer*

Trump puts doctors out of work.

Curing cancer disproportionately helps the rich. Another benefit for Trump's wall street buddies at the expense of the taxpayers.

Already out there.... How the hell do you think (((ginsburg))) survived pancreatic cancer since 2009. Hrmmm inquiring minds want to know.

I don't know much about Taurolidine Citrate, but check out G Edward Griffin's "A World Without Cancer" on YouTube. He also has a book by the same title.

The natural cure and prevention for cancer has been well known for decades now. Apricot kernels which contain vitamin B17 / laetrile / amygdalin has been shown to effectively destroy cancer cells. It gets portrayed as a poison that will kill you, because it would effectively end the (((cancer industry))). Look it up.

The newspapers in Germany are going crazy trying to downplay this.

[–] WitnesstheSalt 3 points 8 points (+11|-3) ago

I'm going to offer my honest take on this.

In theory, it's all for the good. In practice, it hinges on the Norks actually keeping their promises for once.

Now that said, this moment is unique in that the Nork nuke program is a pile of radioactive slag half-entombed under the collapsed ruin of Mantapsan. The Norks have very little leverage now. Kimmy has to know that his future can go the easy way or the hard way, and the hard way looks alot like Qaddafi getting a bayonet enema on a desert road.

[–] NoisyCricket 0 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago

I don't know why I keep reading comments like this. The simple fact is, nuclear programs have always been about people. If you have people with the knowledge the barrier to entry to become a nuclear power is very low. The completely false rhetoric that the program is buried is complete bullshit. Additionally, only parts of the program were under ground. That was part of the testing facilities, and not production and certainly not their knowledge. The collapse only delayed additional testing. It did not otherwise hinder their weapons program.

Will point out, every year the government classifies student thesis on nuclear weapons. If a college kid can figure out it based on what is public domain, the threshold isn't that high. This is in fact why there is an international non-proliferation treaty. The barrier to entry is very low. The NK program is well beyond figuring out what works and what's disinformation placed into the public domain.

Sorry, but this is one of the areas where well meaning people are simply parroting fake news.

Cool, I'm going to whip up some nukes in my shed tonight...didn't realize it was so easy.

[–] WitnesstheSalt 2 points 0 points (+2|-2) ago

Hard to be sure though. The Norks had a big pile of eggs in one basket, that's given. It becomes a matter of just how bad and how fast Mantapsan got wrecked. How many personnel got out without picking up a lethal dose of atomic sunburn? How much of the machinery was offsite? Some important parts would need to be safely contained in a facility like Mantapsan.

As for college kids figuring it out, that's fine, but there are no do-overs. You get it wrong with a nuke and if you're lucky you'll die too fast to realize how bad you fucked up. Again, this comes down to if the Norks actually keep their promises for once, or if they're just stalling for time while they try to dig a new facility on the sly.

Also, will China interfere in all of this?

[–] WitnesstheSalt 1 points 1 points (+2|-1) ago

China likes having Kim as a dangerous, hungry and utterly dependent guard dog, but without Kim's nuclear option that dog has no teeth. Now the Chinese have to be thinking: How bad do we want this? Are we edgy enough to let Kim die badly and kick off a proxy war with the Americans? Or do we let this go slow and smooth so we have time to shore up the border?

Mind you, the Chinese are going to HATE the very possibility of United Korea. Suddenly making a run south becomes an option for dissidents. The Chinese could be looking at an American military presence right up their skirt. Further, United Korea would suffer short term instability but come out a powerhouse the way Germany did. It's a big maybe, but it's possible.

Here's to hoping 9/11 truth is next on the list

I'm waiting for him to dig up Obama's birth certificate. Imagine what it would mean if there was incontrovertible proof that Obama could not legally become the president of the united states. Could any of Obama's actions as president be considered legitimate?

[–] SirRender 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago

Personally I made it a point to write both Whitehouse.gov and CNN to voice my objection over Jim Acosta's seditious behavior and to encourage the administration to pull his press credentials. I would encourage others to do the same.

[–] ArchmageMordenkainen 1 points 4 points (+5|-1) ago

B-but I thought Trump had nothing to do with any of this?

[–] 13012733 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

I cant wait to hear what the story for the Norks is... Its funny because if you think about it The Norks, with the help of Donald Trump actually did defeat the US. The old, rotten, horrible deepstate US. WE have had a revolution here in the US and overthrown our government. North Korea hasn't changed a goddam thing. So, in a way the Norks won... and its great for everybody! :>)
