For those who don't want to read the article, one of the plot points is the hero learning to go to his happy place while being molested. That's treated as a heroic act, sometimes you've got to get your gunk touched to be the good guy. Kids learn through stories and act them out in play. All a pedo has to do is remind a kid of this story in play and they have license to fondle your kids without resistence.

Not molested. The dogs get their hind quarters inspected as part of a dog show competition.

Since the movie centers around the rescue of a kidnapped baby panda, it's worth mentioning that 'panda' is pedo code for an abused child. Also, one of the characters is played by RuPaul, probably the world's most famous transvestite.

The expression "Panda" literally refers to black eyes given to abused children. That fucker elephant-is is associated with some "panda magazine" which I'll never be able to unsee.

Remember kids, when a Jewish man touches your private parts, just go to your "zen place" like the funny dog in the movie. Just relax and let it happen.

I want to fucking vomit.

Protip: No one likes your shitty YT videos and you won't ever make any money from them. Just stop. Get a real job, you'll have a lot more pride in yourself when you make an honest living and contribute something meaningful to society.

Makes me wonder... is the NSA pat-down bullshit designed to desensitize children, and their parents for that matter, to sexual assault and grooming?

I think it's more of a job where pedos and sexual predators can get their sick fix and get paid for it. It's a dream come true for them.

Indeed, and they even film it to watch later.

Certainly an erosion of the concept of personal bodily integrity. That you don't have the right to deny other access to your body if they're presented as an authority of some kind or representative of the state.

On paper maybe. But, last I checked, they fail like 70%+ of their tests, and they've stopped a whopping zero terrorist acts. They have however felt up countless children and adults.

LOL, do they even pull brown people out of line any more? That would be racist.

I think it’s more about stripping us of humanity in general and encouraging obediance in government through dominance and humiliation.

Not sure context of the movie, but genital checks do happen in dog shows.

t. Husband of a professional dog groomer.

Yes, but this movie is “personifying” the dogs. The dogs talk and wear clothes and basically represent people being pimped out in the industry. What is appropriate for a real dog show is not appropriate for people which this movie represents.

Edit: typo

The article mentions that the anthropomorphized dog character feels extremely uncomfortable with the inspection and has to learn to suppress his defensive responses in order to save a panda.

if it was groomer or vet visit the context would be different.

but "let this guy touch your privates or a panda dies" is a completely different context.

to be honest...lets just avoid touching of privates at all in kids movies. kinda makes sense to me.

True but for the movie's purpose, that's just another clever way of masking it as "ok".

Here's the production company's condensing response:

Global Road Entertainment and the filmmakers are saddened and apologize to any parent who feels the scene sends a message other than a comedic moment in the film, with no hidden or ulterior meaning, but respect their right to react to any piece of content.
