Why are you using Facebook?

Seriously? Why? If it is to remember peoples birthdays just write them down and tape it to the inside of your cupboard door.

Retracting from all platforms does not assist any cause. Rather at least post occasionally to break the bubble. Otherwise Facebook just becomes a monotonous echo chamber of liberals. Help shatter that glass wall by poking the hornets nest occasionally. You would be surprised at the number of people who just never get a chance to see another point of view and they may possibly change sides.

You make a good point. To keep up appearances, (i’d be on a list without one). My foreign relatives occasionally make contact on it. I have zero interest in cake days, always presumed it was an data mining exercise from the beginning. I don’t do selfies, so it’s mostly to keep my naive fam safe from predators. I think I hate it, the transhumanism and exposure of peoples true narcissistic feelings makes me hate them in Real Life. I’m much happier without it, at least there’s an illusion of goodness in the world.

You solution is to literally do their job for them?
