If their parents were here under illegal pretense. Their progeny of that effect are therefore not under the effect of the intent of that law. Say they were here within their visa sure. Say they had a legal right of presence at all and legally entered sure. But if they snuck in and then appeared at a hospital to deliver their child, fine lets deliver the child, help them with their emergency medical issue and then escort them across the boarder. If it were up to me it would be less anything they procured while in the USA save for the clothes on their back and all monies up to the cost of the expense of handling them for their illegal activity, and take all record of them making sure the parents never have any chance of becoming a citizen ever no matter what. We wouldn't have so many issues with that anymore and the legal entry route would be easier as our economy ramps up from offing the Jewish overloard's here soon.

Well then they should fine and kick out the parents and make them take the kid with them or make the child a ward of the state. They shouldnt be rewarded for their action, though the 14th gives citzenship to the child

Yeah, sorry, no. The 14th amendment confers citizenship ONLY to freed slaves. Anchor babies are not and have never been US citizens, ever, at any time, for any reason. This is an illegal fabrication from the 1980s.

Try reading the text please,

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Thus since they are born in the US they are citizens by definition. The constitution dispute how much some people like to trash it is the supreme law thus trumps any other laws regarding birthright citzenship.
