If their parents were here under illegal pretense. Their progeny of that effect are therefore not under the effect of the intent of that law. Say they were here within their visa sure. Say they had a legal right of presence at all and legally entered sure. But if they snuck in and then appeared at a hospital to deliver their child, fine lets deliver the child, help them with their emergency medical issue and then escort them across the boarder. If it were up to me it would be less anything they procured while in the USA save for the clothes on their back and all monies up to the cost of the expense of handling them for their illegal activity, and take all record of them making sure the parents never have any chance of becoming a citizen ever no matter what. We wouldn't have so many issues with that anymore and the legal entry route would be easier as our economy ramps up from offing the Jewish overloard's here soon.

Yeah, sorry, no. The 14th amendment confers citizenship ONLY to freed slaves. Anchor babies are not and have never been US citizens, ever, at any time, for any reason. This is an illegal fabrication from the 1980s.
