Putting the word "subhuman" in the context of blacks and browns is so far off-base from what would even be considered remotely acceptable here that it's truly a Marvel. He would be forced to resign within 24 hours, tarred and feathered on the streets (shot), or never be able to work again except after moving to Russia or China or someplace more racially aware without stigmas around speaking in that way.
