Sure, this is a bit different though. Can a church use its money to open a "crisis pregnancy center" where they offer only options that fall into their religious views? Adoptions marriage etc.

California says no, that you can't spread your religion in this way, you dont get that free speech, and all existing "crisis pregnancy centers" have to promote abortion, even if that conflicts with your Christian beliefs.

Does Planned Parenthood have to hand out leaflets asking women to consider not killing their baby?

If it's 100% church Money yes they should be able too. And he'll I'm pro choice.

Now if they take federal donations...no. You gotta offer all options equally.

Also, you must inform the patient they are at a religious clinic and not all options will be discussed at that clinic. You don't gotta say what they are though.

If a church wants to spread their religion they can do it in a church. What they're doing is opening up churches masquerading as a clinic and then not telling the patients who go there that all the advice they're getting is actually from a church. The first amendment doesn't afford churches the right to commit fraud.

Orphanages, not adoption. Adoption selects for the worst people, while orphanages can be staffed by random selection.
