He is standing on a sidewalk, off school grounds, as he does not have permission to be on school grounds. It would be the easiest drive up or drive-by in the world.

I dislike "keyboard warriors" who belittle the solid efforts of others to do good. What are you doing to help? This is a good first step toward what needs to be done: protecting our children. THERE IS NO WAY TO REMOVE ALL GUNS FROM AMERICA. You'll only remove guns from law-abiding citizens who only want to protect ourselves from said massacres.

I dislike people that see theater as effective action.

If the oath keepers all stood, armed, in front of the homes and offices of the politicians against allowing armed teachers, I would applaud them heartily. They are chasing the wrong target. The oath keepers also say "enforce existing gun laws". Us GOA/SAF types say that all gun laws are illegal and should be repealed. If you are not within custodial care of the state, as a danger to society, you should not be prevented any arms ownerships. If a person is not trusted in a free society, they should not be free.

Pretty black and white stuff.
