It's not a done deal yet.

With no faction winning a clear majority in Sunday's vote, a hung Parliament was expected and long, fraught negotiations to form a new coalition government lay ahead.

Preliminary results released by Italy's Interior Ministry showed the center-right coalition winning about 37 percent of the parliamentary vote and the populist 5-Star Movement getting about 32 percent. The center-left coalition was far behind with 23 percent support.

Sadly true. (((They))) know their ideas are shit, they need to invent a foe to rally the useful idiots. Russia is that foe today. As soon as (((they))) catch on that nobody believes that bullshit then another 'enemy' will be created.

This No one "wins" elections in Italy. They all just lose by varying degrees. Then they cut deals to figure out who can cobble together a rickety coalition. Messy stuff.

Although I am happy that the trend is looking hopeful. When I heard some asshole hyperventilating about Italians voting for 'fascism/racism/etc...", I knew the right people had won.

So now they have a second election where the Center and the Left team up to defeat the Right candidate and the cucking continues?

Already beginning with the muh Russia https://www.haaretz.com/opinion/.premium-vladimir-putin-just-won-italy-s-election-1.5870206

Since they're going to do this every time people fight back, let's run it into the ground and use alts to blame every little unrelated thing on Russia so people tire of the meme faster

We'll see how this pans out, but seems like welcome news to my ears! I'm still salty over Le Pen's loss last year.

globalist media incoming....Blame Russia, Trump, Patriots, infowars, david icke, talk radio, twitter, Nationalists..... then globalist media will spin, censor every thing stop democracy....cry refujihadis rapefugee 'Racism' and blame Hitler. Finally Rome will put the Vatican pedophiles to talk about the evil of Rome saying how Italy must have open borders like the EU, media will then put more pedo Preachers on tv telling Italians to be more Christian and accept the illegal jihadist invasion.

Sure, because running on a platform and acting on it are the same thing. Swamp is drained, Hillary is in prison, Wall is built.

Salvini didn't win the elections. His party didn't even get a plurality, it's only the third most-voted party. The most voted party this round of elections has been the M5S, followed by the PD (incumbent), and then the Lega. The coalition the Lega belongs to does have a plurality, but still not enough to support a government without external support.

Let's not confuse these fine people with subtleties like facts. Such things don't get 150 upvotes.

The likeliest outcome is nevertheless that he'll lead Italy.
