Absolutely agree, verifying citizenship is all the process necessary. If unable to verify your citizenship through the court records (or whatever governmental body has that capability) then you should be held in a detention center until a time in which you are able to be returned to your birth nation at the lowest cost we can come up with to taxpayers
Seems like it's be pretty easy... Just lookup all the kids on welfare who have parents without a SSN, or in the school system. In order for a child to get welfare they have to know the income of the parents and thus can know how much they are paying into the IRS.
Personally i'd be much more lenient of those illegals who come here and are working without taking benefits.

Yeah there should be a path to citizenship for those that come here and pay into the system but don't take from it
