Due process (gotta check if they got papers, if they do if they're valid/real) to make sure we don't deport tax paying citizens is important. I believe they are over exaggerating when they say clogging the courts, i've never heard that argument once and I don't believe this person is honest
Due process is for citizens, not an invading army.
Again, if you're going to apply it to them, why not apply it to the solders who burned of Washington in the war of 1812?
In both cases, people enter illegally, harm out citizens and propriety, and now we are expected to foot the bill giving each one a trial instead of sending them packing at the end of a gun.

Absolutely agree, verifying citizenship is all the process necessary. If unable to verify your citizenship through the court records (or whatever governmental body has that capability) then you should be held in a detention center until a time in which you are able to be returned to your birth nation at the lowest cost we can come up with to taxpayers
