"The FBI's Andrew McCabe confirmed to the committee that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA Court without the Steele dossier information."

In short, if Mueler's probe continues we are in an immediate constitutional crisis, as it's been demonstrably shown to have originated from made-up "intel" documents used to lie and abuse the FISA courts even further than the every day constitutional violation the courts represent.

Off to Gitmo you go, you piece of shit Obama and every single one of your underlings involved in this scandal. Nothing we didn't already suspect, but validates what we already knew.

Exactly. Why else would Mueller suddenly call for a delay in the sentencing of one of his only victims, unless he felt that the evidence he had used to get that conviction was about to be rendered totally useless?

This FISA memo, and its supporting documentation, gives General Flynn exactly what he needs to have both the charges and his guilty plea dropped completely. The Mueller "investigation"/"attempted coup" is dead, long live MAGA.

Thank you! You summarized my feeling about it perfectly.

It is precisely made up evidence that got us secret courts and Gitmo in the first place. Reverse everything every single one of those sacks of shit did, then throw them all in there and let them enjoy all of the fine amenities the "enemy combatants" in their did and do. But bring back the really fun stuff they used to get.

nothing is going to happen to any of these corrupt fascists who have destroyed our country

That all makes sense... But now, I'm really wondering about the 6 gorillion sealed indictments.

It'll be hilarious if it turns out that they are for something totally unrelated

Also the same FISA judge that OK'd the surveillance also presided over Mike Flynns case. Don't know how many FISA judges there are but that has to be a conflict of interest.

why does America have secret spy courts?

The neocons created it under Bush because Saudis crashed planes into buildings, the Pentagon, and a field in PA. Obama expanded the fuck out of it for eight years and via the Snowden leaks we know it was used to spy on supreme court justices and other prominent American citizens, as well as foreign entities and business interests. And now we have evidence Obama colluded with a political candidate to spy on the opposition.

...should probably replace "Saudis crashed planes into buildings" with "of 9/11" to avoid any potentially lengthy ensuing discussion, no?

Partially, FiSA courts were setup after watergate

That train was already on the rails 9/11 simply made it public knowledge. It has existed since 1978. There were many things that were "shadowy practices from the cold War" that were given legitimacy after 9/11.

The documentary largely speaks to Bush and gives Obama a pass. But keep in mind that Obama extended and broadened everything illegal which was started under Bush. They know it's illegal.

Ah, and now we know why the FBI went to the white house. They shifted all the blame on Steele

This one works!

FISA WARRANTS BASED ON HILLARYS PAID FOR PISS DOSIER

Obama's DOJ, AG, and FBI all knew it was paid for by the DNC and withheldand/or lied 4 separate times to FISA court

Trumps entire inner circle wiretapped during 2016 campaign based on this by the incumbent party.

This memo is a tip of the iceberg. The real dirt is in the stuff that this memo does not directly mention but is in the original documents.

Shit will really fly when we find evidence that information about ongoing investigations was shared with campaign staffers, and stored on some pervert's laptop in an "insurance" folder. Remember: 'if that bastard wins, we all hang from nooses.'

"Trump is paranoid" they said.

"No one is working against him" they said.

"Eat my ass" says I.

And the press is a participant in these shady shenanigans and act in surprise that he does not like them. The press can't independently corroborate anything, and at its root the whole thing just looks like campaign propaganda gone wild.

CNN out there shilling hard. "Disputed", "alleges", "Controversial", "claims". A few choice words from the propaganda machine.

"The memo is the most explicit Republican effort yet to discredit the FBI's investigation into Trump and Russia, alleging that the investigation was infused with an anti-Trump bias under the Obama administration and supported with political opposition research."

Just a formal letter stating definitively that 1)Trump had nothing to do with Russia, 2) a pact was made and a strategy played by Clinton/FBI/DOJ in an attempt to keep Trump from being President, and 3) nothing will happen to anyone.

To be more precise on #1, no proof for a Trump/Russia collaboration has been found. Negative proof is an oxymoron, at best you can point out that no evidence could be found even after extensive investigations.
