The non-US partner can't just claim US citizenship. That isn't how that works. You first have to obtain a visa for entrance, then for conditional permanent residence and then permanent residence.

They had their spawn sperm and egg from another, implanted into a Canuck wamen, and gave birth to spawn in Canada. So the highly educated simpletons think they can get US citizenship because they are gay and demand it. The kiddies are Canucks. They should stay there.

One kid is American because the dna of father is American.

The other kid is Israeli because the dna father is Israeli.

I wanted to add that Israeli bit in there because why is their no outrage that the American kid doesn't get Israeli citizenship too?

He probably does get Israeli citizenship. The American dad is almost certainly a kike.

And I said that in my original post,

'it doesn't matter that one of the parents is married to a US citizen (straight or gay), marriage does not imply citizenship, the married partner still has to apply [for citizenship] whether they are straight or gay.'

However, being married to a US citizen, as far as I understand it, does make the process of applying for a visa, conditional PR, and then PR much much easier. I think the only way you get denied at that point is if you have a criminal record or the marriage itself is deemed a fraud (I could be mistaken).
