As in, good job that Japan surrendered? I agree with that but I don't know if the Japanese protect Free Speech.

Oh! Here:

The Japanese constitution specifically states in Article 21 “Freedom of assembly and association as well as speech, press and all other forms of expression…” along with “No censorship shall not be maintained, nor shall the secrecy of any means of communication be violated”, thus affording the Japanese people constitutional protection equal like the citizens of the United States.

That is very very good. Why did Germans not receive the same protections?

Because they didn't want any dirty krauts to deny the holocaust.

that's literally the only reason. And iirc Russia also was at the negotiation table. We forced Japan to surrender by nuking them and Russia was not able to negotiate at all.

I think you nailed it. This is why we must stop kowtowing to the Holocaust industrial complex. We intellectually have demonstrated in various ways and through an analysis of history up to the present that the Holocaust is not exceptional in any manner that matters. Mass murder is mass murder. The Germans were no worse in this regard than the early Hebrews or the Turks or the Communists either before or after WWII.

And now, irony of ironies, these laws against free speech in Germany are leading to its Islamization and Islam really, really hates Jews.
