This is completely unacceptable.

It's not only unacceptable, it's crazy. You can't let citizens of another country, who are not citizens of your country, vote in your elections. That should be obvious to everybody.

Well this is what the liberals want. These illegals are whats keeping them in power. More illegals voting more power.

Yeah talk about foreign interference.

There are countries that explicitly allow it - for instance this is the case in Ireland - but they do so knowingly at least not by fraud.

It is entrapment, it is still illegal for them to vote. ice has already deported people who the dmv 'automatically' registered to vote, who where not otherwise eligible to do so. now the feds are going to have a database they can get access to with all the illegals in it. thanks california.

[–] AmaleksHairyAss 1 points 3 points (+4|-1) ago

It's entrapment, but I would argue (IANAL) non-citizens definitely don't have the right not to be entrapped into provably breaking laws related to citizenship.

[–] ilikeskittles 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

Does the database distinguish between citizen and non-citizen? I don't think the dem's would make that mistake.

Report em to ICE.

[–] patriot_biz 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

Perhaps, but it plays right into our hands. If they actually implement this, next election we'll be in just the right place to invalidate votes from the entire state of California for just such this reason. They can fucking bring it.

So why am I paying taxes? Should i be able to go to Mexico and vote in their elections? At what point do we say California is no longer American?

[–] lord_nougat 1 points 15 points (+16|-1) ago

Now I want to go to Mexico and vote for the Mexican government to build a giant wall along the border using their own government funds!

[–] 11712867? 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

I get where you're coming from, but they have no funds. Mexicans are so backward that they rely on remittances, even though they have oil and beautiful beaches & ruins to attract tourists. It's like Africa: full of resources but no one native to the region has the brains to do anything with them.

California, until it can prove that it's border's are secure and illegals are not apart of their voting or census process, should revert back in to a territory until it can.

Reparations. Illegals have more rights than you in the privilege hierarchy class struggle. The goal is to incite a war to get the class struggle hot and create a power vacuum. The end goal is to implement communism by making people so worn down by war and victimization that they all keep each other oppressed like crabs in a bucket, with no rights to life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness. Until we are self-defeating cattle, the struggle rages on.

I've noticed on LinkedIn and more main stream sources that people are calling bullshit on these issues. Fuck these race baiting asshole, willing to destroy the US, as if wer're just some side project experiment. The problem with communism is that eventually it fractures then entire country, since different regions will have different goals behind their final vision (See USSR and the split into Lithuania, Latvia, etc). It may work for a very short amount of time, but it definitely wont last.

Haha that would be great. Trump could mail us all absentee ballots for Mexican elections. And then we could fix their shit. He should mail us all ones anyway. We mail them all. Let them have their political fallout and try to sift through all that shit and all that mail.

The Chuck Schumer counter part in Mexico could then argue to let the ballots stand and try to shut their government down if not. Lol

From the source:

The League of Women Voters and three other groups sued the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles and Secretary of State’s Office in May 2017, claiming the state burdens would-be voters by making them fill out the same information on two separate forms to register to vote.

Jesus christ, if filling out two forms is too much effort to cast your vote, you shouldn't be voting.

There is a also new law they advertised in the news last few days to go into effect they said in 2020.

Starting now California will offer yet another ID called Real ID, I shit you not, in order to board commercial aircraft and that the license would no longer qualify as acceptable id for domestic flights. Yep, domestic flights.

I wondered if that had something to do with lowering requirements to get a license relative to citizenship, forces cali to make a new legit id to comply with federal rules for flights.

Look up the California Real ID

[–] RoBatten 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Real ID is a national push that attempts to standardize state issued ID's. It's in any state who's ID does not verify identities/addresses stringently enough for the federal government

[–] Durm 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Addendum: But basically for regular people they will make you fill out forms for 3 IDs just to do normal things , and that's ok.

  • Drivers License ID or Regular State ID
  • Voter Registration
  • California Real ID

[–] speedisavirus 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

A CA drivers license isn't going to be acceptable because they issue them to people that should not have them that's why they need the new ID. One that meets federal standards.

OK, then the Fed. declares that, since the people elected to the U.S. House and U.S. Senate from the "State" of California
were elected by the use of votes cast by people who are not eligible to vote in federal elections (illegal aliens) all of those
representatives are ineligible to hold any federal level office or federal position.
And then put the burden of proof on California to show that NO ILLEGAL ALIEN VOTED IN SAID ELECTIONS!
And let the shit show begin. . . .

[–] o0shad0o 0 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago  (edited ago)

<applauds> Well said. Invalidate all votes from CA for Federal elections, and disqualify representatives.

0

[–] AmaleksHairyAss 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

the Fed. declares that

Who is the fed? California is a state in a union of states, and states have rights.

0
2

[–] FIADSH 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

Yes, States have rights...
However, when it comes to Federal matters, Constitution / Bill of Rights / etc, that touch upon actions or
responsibilities of the Federal Govt. then the federal law / requirements take precedence.
I know, certain states like to act like the 2nd Amend doesn't exist or says what it says, and of course
the whole 1st and 4th have been pretty much FUBAR'd (I'm waiting for some State to say the 14th
doesn't apply because they don't like it. . . )
So it would seem that if a State decided that all the illegal aliens in the State can vote and that their
votes then determine who gets sent to the U.S. House of Reps. and the U.S. Senate (Federal level bodies)
then Federal requirements take over.
So California / New York / Florida / etc decide to let a bunch of illegal aliens vote and their votes determine
that instead of sending someone who actually respects the U.S. Constitution / Bill of Rights / etc to
Congress, a bunch of traitorous pigs go instead...
These scum bags then help pass laws (most of them unconstitutional but who worries about that anymore?)
that completely screw over the whole country. Hmmmmm
Federal matter I would say.

To recap, illegals in CA can:

  • Vote

-Drive

-Given unfettered access to the welfare stare

-Go to public school -Be taught subjects like math and science in their native language in said public school

-given priority admittance in public state universities

-given priority for state jobs

Am I missing anything? Not sure why I still live here, besides the weather and scenery. My kind is clearly not wanted here anymore.
