Like I've been saying for years, social media/search data is going to be weaponized and used to destroy people personally, professionally and financially, if they dare go against the narrative. All this data they're gathering is less about profit and more about control.

If you're guilty of 'wrong think' you're going to have your search history, personal communications, photos, etc all carefully curated and sent to your employer/church/friends/community-at-large to destroy you, because after all, you're a "nazi".

Some of you are way too slow and way too addicted to that social media dopamine drip to see this coming. Cut the cord now. It's too late to stop the damage, but every day you're not attached to their systems will minimize it.

We have seen cases of this happening already and as one would expect, the implications are ignored because whatever dropped from a prominent person is too juicy to stop and explore how this sets forth a dangerous precedent.

We have had it here. Remember the minor politician that complained about his annoying neighbours here with a few choice voat free speech words and was outted and forced to resign.

Imagine if Trump moved to a twatter alternative like Gab .. his move would seriously hit their business. If he bad-mouthed them and moved it would be pretty devastating IMO. It would be quite a thing to see.

It would be amazing if he moved to a free-speech alternative because it would force people out of a censored platform. The masses who would follow Trump into a free speech zone would be exposed to infinite "wrongthink" and there would be no thought-police to protect the narrative.

Only problem....would the people who we can't force truth down their throats, move too or stay because they will be told only Nazi's go there.

I prefer to send Polaroid dick pics via snail mail, it’s more secure.

I spent so much time in the darkroom growing up. I don’t even know if you can still get the chemicals anymore, and I would imagine they’re quite expensive.

https://twitter.com/en/privacy Their privacy policy freely admits all this. Twitter users volunteered their dick pics willingly and by using the site gave consent for twitter to use, store and process it..

None of this is new or surprising.

As does essentially every other free website. This "expose" was the biggest "no shit" non-issue I've ever seen. What's next? They're going to read Snapchat's T.O.S. & Privacy Policy and make a video telling everyone that they do exactly the same thing? Hard hitting journalism there, mate.

If this were posted in tech it either wouldn't have been up-voted, or all the comments would be saying "...and?"

IF you get a free services from any company especially multi billion dollar companies like facebook and twitter, you are not the clients you are the product. I usually enjoy Veritas's expose's but this one is the exact reason I don't and never have had twitter or facebook or any of that crap. Biggest nothing burger of 2018, bigger then a shithole even.

irrelevant if they are minors.

If employees of Twitter are systematically looking at 15 year old dick pictures, a lot of people could end up in prison. It could shut it all down.

It's the minors and their parents fault then, either way twitter admits they're going to do exactly what they do in the policy. By law the policy protects twitter and puts the liability on the user.

Horse shit. People on social media are weak, mindless junkies, plain and simple. They're not going to attack the guy dealing their digital heroin, no matter what they put in it.

Wake up to the reality that there will NEVER be a 'surely this transgression will wake the normies up' moment.

That is how the kikes view everyone else. They said "people will never give up tv" and they pushed people too far.

They then said "people will never give up twitter", only people are not joining twitter, unless their boss tells them to. Mos to of the accounts are bots, and twitter has begrudging admitted this.

Now, they have been caught on tape, violating Eurocuck privacy laws. Now, they have openly admitted to being an information gathering actor. They have admitted to the german authorities that they have a lot of power to stop notsees, yet they don't.

they are fucked.

Yeh, all these sjw run social media companies were going down the drain a few years ago. Suddenly they all got bailed out. It's all CIA/etc dark money.

Never, ever make anything digital which you would not want leaked. Just assume that it will be. For the life of me I don't understand why people take nudes and send them to any online service.

I have no sympathy for people who take willingly expose themselves over the (((airwaves))).

Don't want it leaked?

Then don’t make it!

Its not anyone else's problem they're idiots.

Soon they will monetize it by black mail. This is where it's all going.

More likely it would be the person or group who hacks or has hacked Twitter to do that. Joe the Plumber's dick pics are probably safe, celebrities not so much. Blackmailing Twitter could be an option, too (give me 10,000BTC or I'll dump these nudes), though I don't know how likely they'd be to pay a ransom.
