I think it's more that they're removing an obsolete law that hasn't been enforced in a very long time.

Selling human body parts is still illegal, so is murder and practicing medicine/pharmacy without a licence. The only thing that this decriminalised is teenagers playing with Ouija boards and SJWs casting "curses" on Trump.

Did you even read it? Its an Anti-Gypsie law. Fortune telling was illegal in the country before hand. Which is actually very sensible.

Why is it sensible to ban fortune telling? If idiots want to believe that Mystic Meg can put them in touch with their dead cat tiddles then why should the state step in to protect them?
