So now all the witch doctors from Africa can peddle their bullshit remedies. How long 'til they start selling parts of albinos?

I think it's more that they're removing an obsolete law that hasn't been enforced in a very long time.

Selling human body parts is still illegal, so is murder and practicing medicine/pharmacy without a licence. The only thing that this decriminalised is teenagers playing with Ouija boards and SJWs casting "curses" on Trump.

Did you even read it? Its an Anti-Gypsie law. Fortune telling was illegal in the country before hand. Which is actually very sensible.
