We demand to know the shareholders of the Federal Reserve.

No, we demand the names of the actual people.

There are a certain number of shares in the Federal Reserve, but the owners have never been publicly identified. A Saudi prince once accidentally disclosed them, but the Federal Reserve should be forced to disclose them.

Some of the people/families on the Saudi list do not appear to be American...

The "shareholders of the Federal Reserve" is a widely spread conspiracy theory, and is meaningless.

"Shareholders" of the Federal Reserve are largely symbolic. They have no control over the Fed's operations; that's done entirely by people appointed by the US government. They receive no dividends. The only power they hold over the Fed is the ability to sue the Fed should it fail in its mandate, which is to keep the US currency stable.

No dividends? Sorry, but last year the fed was paid HALF A TRILLION in interest on the national debt, and no audit means we don’t know where that goes!

I understand what you are saying, but I disagree with it.

There are very good reasons why the internal structure of the Fed is hidden from everyone. There is also a very good reason why the Fed has never been audited.

Also, I want to buy shares in the Fed. It seems like it is a very good investment. Why can I not do this?

Or the sad case of Robert Kahre. It's funny when Americans think we have freedom or that the government respects the law.

There is no rule of law. The government exists for one reason only - to extract the fruits of your labor and give it to the friends of those in the government

What really amazes me is how many people shat on liberty in all these cases. All the FBI agents, the judge, the jury, the U.S. attorney. We are doing it to ourselves. All these people in the government are imposing tyranny upon their own people. I really can't comprehend how these people sleep at night. How can they look at themselves in the mirror and do what they do in trampling the constitution after having taken an oath to support and defend it. They all have families and kids. Don't they see how what they do creates a world less free than the one they lived in?

And there are a ton of idiots here and on 4chan who actually believe that there are white hats in high places of the government who are going to save us from this tyranny

Tyranny isn't coming. It's already here. It's been here. We can have our freedom of speech and guns, but at the end of the day the government has bigger guns and more troops and money than us so it doesn't matter what we say or do. We will never come out from under the thumb of tyranny

Yes. But fuck you and that defeatist attitude. This is quite the time to be alive. Shit is going to get very real, very fast. Stand up or die a slow humiliating "life"

Yep. This is why I participate at the barest minimum. We own NOTHING, even your children are on loan from the government.

Money is an illusion. If they aren't stealing it, they undermine it with inflation or rig the markets so you have to spend it at their buddies' businesses.

$20k in a single type. But 10 and sell 10, you're good. Buy 10, send 10, buy 10 more, that 20 in the buy type gets your info sent to the IRS. Also this is only for 2013-2015.

They're probably right next to the guns I lost in a completely NOT strikingly similar accident the week before that.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you should not use Coinbase as a bank and should immediately transfer your purchases to wallets.

Yes but they would still be required to report you if you moved more than $20000 dollars worth in a year.

And only 2013-2015, so everyone who did more than 20K in either of the last 2 years is still, supposedly, not being reported on..... yet..

Saw this. Luckily I'm in the < $20k club. I'll actually be cashing out a number between 10-20k in the near future. If I feel the need to bet harder I have multiple addresses and could probably push $40k if I wanted, but I'm not betting that hard on it.

How strange. Every one kept telling me how bitcoin will protect them from the government.

Mt gox wasn't Bitcoin. Neither is coinbase. Yes, governments have power over US corporations.

Woops, there goes the power to all those people running data mining. Woops, cant convert to current currency anymore. Woops, cant buy new crypto without getting it from someone else.

All cryptos are the same. Bitcoin or not, they are all the same. The fact you rely on infrastructure you have no control over, means this will just start happening to the every thing else in time.
