reddit is weird...i never knew it back in the day, only know it since it was block and censoring posts on San Bernadino, the Euopean refugee islamo invasion thing, and Orlando, some one said the site used to be cool when Aaron Swartz was alive but its a different place now, kinda like one giant LGBT facebook tumblr neofag news group ?? You do know the Reddit co-founder, Sheen, Serena Williams and Brett Ratner accused rapist are all directly connected or were in the same social circles? Brett Ratner and Chris Tucker also worked with Polanski, Tennis player Serena Williams and Brett Ratner were a couple, Charlie Sheen was said to be part of their social circle, Serena Williams broke up with Brett Rather on facebook and hooks up with the reddit co-founder...later reddit website censors pizzagate... Armenian middleeast German Co-founder of Reddit & Serena Williams are a couple. Spacey/Ratner/Weinstein Polanski, Woody Allen etc have abused people, raped people, it seems some were minors, under age or even children...The goldy church of Brett Ratner, Charlie Sheen, Venus Williams, Kevin Spacey, Alexis Ohanian...no abuse happening in sports??...certain people are now 'taboo' to talk about? Ratner has worked directly with Polanski, all these people are connected with world business and global political elites, Serena Williams and Ratner are also elites themselves.

2007-2008 is when Ron Paul started getting up on the front page, the "it's happening meme started", and Reddit owners changed their algorithm/code to block posts about Ron Paul to help Obama win the election. Saying "/r/conspiracy is leaking" and calling everyone the tin foil hat names and trying to discredit actual news. Anything bad about Obama or Hillary and it was instantly buried. They banned lots of domains like infowars, breitbart or any news that wasn't a democrat run cesspool of misinformation designed to mislead their cult.

The whole 4th amendment thing came around and we saw how they take over subs and steer them over the cliff. It was all obvious what they were doing. They started shadow banning to keep any truth from getting out.

When Digg melted, Reddit grew. Now Reddit is a gross monster only worth visiting because of The_Donald

It was still okay until a couple years ago. It definitely jumped the shark when the chairman Pao thing started.

Reddit back in the day was on a tape loop, it kept repeating the same old posts and memes over and over and over and over again. Just stupid rage comic after rage comic, each one more derivative and unoriginal than the last. Then there were the autists that didn't care about posting any quality, were just there to farm karma. Then at some point the SJW cancer started to take hold and by GamerGate in 2014 it was pretty obvious the cancer was growing. It wasn't until the Pao AMA Rebellion that it metastasized and it's been rapidly downhill ever since.

Well, less of the faggotry. It was still totally there, it just was not in charge of the place yet.

As far as I'm aware Reddit has never made any money, they are bending over backwards to please the politically correct crowd because firstly they are staffed almost exclusively by that type and secondly its much easier to sell the brand when it appears squeaky clean.

they bend over backwards to make money. No one questions how twitter can be suddenly profitable? It's cuz they are literally shilling out to people who want to abuse the platform to spread a message.

And also swayed the masses if needed be/block certain information sharing, like it states "Front Page" like a newspaper

the site used to be cool when Aaron Swartz was alive

But it was despite that cowardly scumbag. The fact that he's now worshiped on reddit should tell you something. (See this post) Even has his own propaganda movie that attempts to portray him in a positive light. It's just unfortunate that he couldn't be revived after he killed himself to escape his three month slap on the wrist for his felonies, made to serve out his entire sentence, then allowed to murder himself again. No, wait. He should have then been prosecuted for the murder-to-escape-justice too.

Reddit was great, but in the years before Digg crashed, waves of school kids noticeably began dragging it down. When Digg finally went down, reddit was flooded with their foreign culture, and only continued getting worse. To be fair, smaller and more focused subs (hobby, special interest) can be okay. The problem is the heavy overrepresentation of the SJW and degenerate crowds that taint anything relatable to social or political issues.

"Lots of women have a penis."

Saw this more than once, and they were completely serious. (on 2x)
