The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act does not apply to gaming areas of casinos. Smoking is still allowed in these areas; however, a casino operator can designate separate rooms or areas within the establishment as nonsmoking

Casinos won't officially allow marijuana as long as it is federally illegal, because they are very cautious and don't want to risk any sort of federal claim that they are aiding or abetting widespread violations of federal law. They are pretty willing to look the other way, however.
