4 cloves garlic minced, stir in hot skillet.
4 tablesoons (60 ml) balsamic vinegar.
Soy sauce to taste.
~ 2 tbs (~30 ml) plum sake. Boil off alcohol.
3 1/2 tbs (52 ml) sriracha sauce.
2 tbs (25 g) or more brown sugar.
2 tbs (25 g) or less white sugar.
Red pepper flakes to taste.
Minced ginger to taste.
Simmer while stirring 5 minutes.
