Yeah, I was a kid during Vietnam (so my sources of,information may have been spotty and I was not, paying the same attention as an adult) but I don't remember ever hearing Tokyo Rose used to refer to anyone other than the WWII Japanese broadcaster. I do however remember hearing about Hanoi Hannah.
Yeah, nobody I know ever referred to the North Vietnamese broadcasts as Tokyo Rose. The announcers were all women and they played music that was way out of date. Not really many GIs listened to those broadcasts because they were quite spooky—psychological warfare. They would read off names of GIs who were supposed to have been killed that day, and then say: Who will be the next American to die in Vietnam? For the record, I was drafted, and after a couple of months there, was against the war.
