It is interesting that he is wearing the band on the wrong arm. You would think someone who would go around in Nazi garb would at least know which arm the band is supposed to go on.
Nazi Party members would also mix components from all three types of uniforms with little to no standardization except a swastika armband worn on the left arm.

The power you give government can turn against you four years later, very easily these days. It happened with the left and executive orders, it can happen to you. But hey, cops are all perfectly moral and care about your rights rather than their own paycheck. It'll probably work out.
