Good luck gab.

You're going up against a giant Jewish megacorp with Jewish lawyers, in front of a Jewish or Jew-controlled judge, all of whom know this case is really about Jewish control over American society, and will happily dispense with any pretense of law when it conflicts with their Jewish ethnic interests.

Did everyone forget Tim Cock and Apple already? They banned Gab first. There should be a suit against them too, or Goolag will "muh discrimination."

I think Torba senses blood in the water with Goolog - over the wrongthink firing. Apple deserves it too, but the public hates Google a lot bit these days.

Gab is a bunch of Jewish people making a platform backed by a Jewish legal team. They're just getting more of our money.

Torba is a Christian with alt-right sympathies and their CTO is a Muslim that sometimes reposts anti-semetic shit. So, GTFO with this whole "everyone who does anything constructive is a Jew" bullshit. 9 days old, figures.

Gab is making a platform to compete against Twitter because Twitter censors any content that they think is offensive and they won't publish a rulebook on what is offensive or not, it's whatever they think is offensive that day.

Private companies are not allowed to create a website without going through a domain name registrar which follows German anti free speech laws rather than American free speech laws even though these websites are American and have nothing to do with Germany. They may not be able to sue the UN but they sure as shit can sue Google for taking them off of their app store. This is preventing any fair competition with websites like Google Facebook Twitter.

Phoneaccount3 is a jew pretending to be a jew masquerading as a jew. He's just looking for more votes because of his shekel instinct.

I just joined today and there are a lot of vocal non-jews on gab too.

Now now now, voat told me gab itself is a vast Jewish conspiracy so maybe they have a chance.

I hope they win.

Goolag and FascBook are clearly monopolies.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this doesn't stand a chance in hell of prevailing. Goolag is a private company, and will argue that Gab allowed hate speech that is against Goolag's terms and conditions. Gab is wasting their shekels . . .

Gab is articulating what we all know already.

Like "Ma Bell" (Alexander Graham Bell's namesake telephone service), and Standard Oil, Ford, and MicroSoft, Google and FaceBook have come to represent much too high of a market share as search engine and/or social media to ignore. There are now plenty of studies to support this fact. Further, these entities have recently been operating on political motivation to operate as censors to stifle free speech among American citizens. Although they are private, and can control the information that flows through their services at will, their actions clearly fall within the purview of the U.S. The Sherman Act of 1890 was codified to control the anti-competitive conduct found often with very large businesses. The Clayton Act of 1914 was codified to control another insidious cause of monopoly power: Exclusive dealings. Also mergers that represent the approach toward monopoly power. The Federal Trade Commission Act of 1914 was made to establish a government entity whose purpose is TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE from developing monopolies. These are the people WHOSE JOB IT IS to defend the American citizens from the extremes that capitalism has to offer. It's a dirty job when lots of lobby monies and crooked attorneys are involved, but it's gotta be done!

As they should. Google and Apple have a monopoly on smart phone apps and they are using that power to keep competitors out of the market.

What's funny is that Google once sued Apple, and even got the FCC involved, for removing Google Voice from the App Store. Bunch of hypocrites. Good luck, Gab.

This is exactly why gab should sue. It's what goolag and fascle would do.

It's high time the bill of rights be applied to corporations.

[–] RoBatten 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

I'd like to see fairness applied. There is plenty of hate speech on Goolag from the left. Either it's all allowed, or it all isn't.

Lol! Yeah that's what they said a few years ago when they wanted to tax the shit out of corporations AND the people who owned the corporations at the same time. The corporations became "people" and oh lordy did the shit fly.

When you ask for something make sure you know what you're asking for and whether you really want it.

There's nothing in the Bill of Rights that pertains to taxation. That is a separate issue. I see your point, but a more relevant example would enable better debate on the subject imo.

43min with 32 upvoats. And already top of the front page. That's good and all but makes me wonder how voat's algorithm works for such posts. Regardless good to hear someones stepping up to the plate

Pretty sure it's based on velocity given that I've seen things with relatively low votes on the front page a bunch of times.

[–] Womb_Raider 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

Agree with this. I've had a few posts get 22 total upvoats and they made it to the front too. It's all about how quickly a post is awarded voats I think.

Nope, it's easy to manipulate Voat votes. There are people on here who will upvote their articles several times to either get that initial momentum, or just outright use bot farms. Much easier to do here on Voat than Reddit.

Yes, this is one of the most popular videos on Gab right now (they just added video capability). Clearly self hating jews are responsible.
