Let's just let everyone pick and choose what laws they want to follow.

some laws are bullshit. this same police action has been used to shut down kids lemonade stands.

This wasn't some kid selling lemonade. This was a grown fucking man who thought this was some shithole like Mexijoke thinking that you can just fry up some random food in your kitchen and sell it wherever the fuck you want. No permit and probably no food handlers permit either. He could sell a bunch of shit food and put hundreds of people in the hospital and since they have no idea who he is, he could run back to spicico or head somewhere else to do the same thing.

We make laws for a reason. Should have shot him in the back of the head, but that is probably illegal. Then again, you don't seem to mind people breaking laws or shitting all over democracy.

I saw nothing wrong with giving him a ticket, but if cops can just reach in and take the money out of your wallet, there will be corruption for us all.

I'm shocked the rich aren't expanding asset forfeiture to citizens arrest.

"I saw that guy selling drugs, so I had to take his cell phone, wallet, car keys, house, etc!!"

So even a $300 dollar or $1000 fine is ok?

It's the technicality of a costumed official reaching into your wallet that bothers you?

You need the whole process of a costumed mail delivery official bringing you the summons from the robe wearing official, who threatens to turn you over the fine gentlemen who wear prison warden uniforms.

You like being forced to pay for all these fake jobs, where they're allowed to rob you legally. But having one of them cut out the all the expensive middlemen doesn't work for you?

You want fake job holders to be under the same restraints as real job holders.

Interesting.

It's not asset forfeiture, it's evidence seizure. The charges are against him, not against the money.

Why the fuck did people give him money? People should have rallied against the cop and the department. Fucking idiots.

If the bleeding heart liberals want to fork out their cash to support people trying to take advantage of others, so be it, but not me.

He can't have been very good at it if he only had $60 anyways.

That's just what the cop reported. The other day 100 went to their "fuck the public" fund.

Are you seriously fucking either stupid or difficult enough to measure the culinary talents of someone who steams a fucking hot dog in a big steaming compartment with dozens of other hot dogs, slaps it into a premade bun and then resells it? It requires 0 and anyone with actual talent probably would do something with more flair than a hot dog on a freaking bun.

There's no good or bad, its all the same on that level.

Bad news, they are forking over your cash, homes and land in mass. 35+ million illegals in the USA, section 8 housing, welfare, tax free under the table jobs.

The way I understand it, they have 'gangs' of vendors that race in and crowd exiting traffic from the Greek and Sporting events. In the last year it's become an epidemic. This guy is one of many working for a 'hotdog merchant' that wrangles all the carts together at a given location. They appear more afraid of missing a sale than they are of law enforcement.

This. These vendors that sell fruit on the corner are indentured working slaves. Just like those chinks that do nails.

Well I'm not sad for the guy

I mean look, it's the best thing that ever happened to him in years, 60 000 bucks in days

There's a chinese proverb that goes like "happyness and misfortune walk side by side holding each others hand", something along the line

Well that's the real life case right there lol

I pray you never have to deal with a cop over stepping his authority.

I had one try to run me off the road, because he didn't want to turn on his lights. Why? Because that would cause his camera to come.on, and you can't harass a teen with a camera on.

You say that just because you didn't turn millionaire afterward

I take police abuse for a million, hell, 60 000 will do, as long as it doesn't involve critical injuries
