This is actually not good news. Of course, it is bad that the government impounds property of citizens. However, this is something that was mostly used against illegal aliens. As it is the case of the person mentioned in this case, Charles Guerrero who was an undocumented alien, as well as a drug dealer and a drug addict. This is the kind of person that would be better off deported or in prison.
