He would have to show he was discriminated against while working there. Corporation can fire you at anytime for any reason.

Only if the employment was at-will aka both parties can dissolve the employment at any time with no notice. If there is a contract involved then you must read the contract. There are also various laws that protect employees from being fired for different reasons such as discrimination and whistle-blower protections.

It sounds quite clear that Google has provided ample evidence of anti-male and anti-white bias and official harassment in the work place. Having a racially segregated "workshop" was the kind of blind-idiocy and error that only someone wearing Google Glass could have made.
