This engineer is correct. He faced blatant racism and anti-male discrimination in his workplace and he complained about it. Then he got fired. That makes him a whistle blower and a person with valid and compelling evidence for workplace harassment sanctioned from the top management.

But this is bigger than just one engineer. A class-action lawsuit by all the other Cis-gender white males in the workforce is warranted. Google investors are going to be bankrolling these folks to the tune of BILLIONS.

If this isn't fought now, then we can fight it when bank accounts start being frozen at will, or when we start getting arrested at 4AM for dangerous thoughts. Even if you can't donate, spread word of the lawsuit. Imagine if the Anon claiming that trans employees were sexually harassing male workers stood up and offered evidence and testimony, assuming that he wasn't lying. Imagine if the people who sent him wine joined in as well. Google needs to get fucked, but one person fighting back alone isn't going to be an easy fight.

Only if the employment was at-will aka both parties can dissolve the employment at any time with no notice. If there is a contract involved then you must read the contract. There are also various laws that protect employees from being fired for different reasons such as discrimination and whistle-blower protections.

No. It will be "leaked" by a source Google just can't pinpoint, but they'll be sure to condemn the "leak." It will be the tired old liberal setup. They'll find some woman to allege he sexually assaulted her.

Use YouTube to drain Google's ressources. Use it to advertise other platforms, such as Voat. Use it so they can think they can harm you by closing your YT-account.

Gotta cover all the bases! With that as a co-author, they would be way too afraid to fire the authors.

I'm thinking he expected to get fired, the same way Snowden expected he'd have to flee. Hope he has the next step planned, rather than just be a martyr for a week.

Also in case anyone thinks he just picked a fight. Based off of his interview all of this stemmed from "Diversity Training" workshops HR forced him to attend.
