Jew Goldstein, real name John Rivello, was arrested for tweeting a gif at a supposed epileptic. The fucking FBI came down on him.... FOR A FUCKING GIF!

The person he sent the gif to is obviously a connected kike if he has the ability to get the FBI involved.

We live in a world where giving someone the drive and motivation to kill themselves will land you in prison and gifs will land you in jail facing prison.

These are words and artistic expressions, protected by the 1st Amendment. This can not be allowed to go on.

He's got 99 problems and a Jew is literally every single one of them

Did he INTENTIONALLY tweet that gif, because it was epilepsy inducing? Was causing seisures in people the goal / reason for him tweeting that?

If so, then this isn't "an attack on the first amendment" anymore than arresting someone for "telling a hired killer to murder people" (so "just words").

How is intentionally trying to cause physical harm to someone "free speech"?

Twitter disclosure: use at your own risk. Block, mute, and hide image are all options. The guy apologized. Donated money to epilepsy charity in Echinrhodes name, that's when Echinrode got his name, he took it from the donation he made. People make mistakes. This guy is a marine with ptsd. He felt remorse, took action by donating, all before Echinrode decided to call the fbi.

It would be more like attempted assault. Still, life or even 5 years is too muxh

I'm allergic to peanuts (I'm not) and I went into a store that purposely stocks peanuts even though they know people who are allergic to peanuts shop there. Even though I saw the peanuts and had plenty of time to not eat one, not only did I begin eating one, but continued eating it to completion even though I knew I was allergic. I'm going to make sure everyone that works at the store goes to prison because it's up to the world to adjust to my disability and I take no personal responsibility.

Oh, and 15 seconds on the Internet reveals that even a HUGE FUCKING MORON can see that there was little to no chance that this moron would have been effected by a gif that he would have had more than sufficient time to simply look away from.

The first amendment only applies if he was unaware of the condition. If he knowingly and deliberately sent a seizure-inducing GIF to someone he knew was an epileptic, it belongs in the same territory as getting a crowd to riot.

And it's hard to imagine why he would have sent that gif otherwise.

This crosses the line. Fucking kikes. I bet his wife was fine and they are playing victim for attention and possible money. Even if she did seizure out and die, it's no ones responsibility but her own to filter what she comes across online. Fuck this to the core.

"The Jew cries out in pain as he strikes you."

It's an old Polish proverb that rings true to this very day.

No video, hoax.

What if other person got seizure because of him? Will they be able to sue him?

Is it actually possible to cause a seizure with a gif? Like with real science?

If you are epileptic, but why would you not disable settings in your browser if that were the case?

Flashing lights can trigger one. Makes no sense. If he does have epilepsy, it's probably so mild that he doesn't have to take precautions like that.

If you are epileptic, you should set your refresh rate to 2fps LoL

In the United States, websites provided by federal agencies are governed by section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. The Act says that pages shall be designed to avoid causing the screen to flicker with a frequency greater than 2 Hz and less than 55 Hz.[13] The 508 regulations are currently being updated and are expected to use the same criteria as WCAG 2.0 when finished.

Yeah, you can, I remember 4chan doing it a bunch of times back when raiding Habbo hotel was still a thing. That being said, people have done their research and this filthy yid is lying through his teeth. He had no seizure, and it's unlikely he is epileptic either. Filthy Semitic rat.

Supreme court just ruled on this not 3 weeks ago. The Jews and muzzies have a lot in common.

OP's title is clickbait. They aren't just prosecuting him for trolling someone, they're going after him for deliberately trying to trigger an epileptic fit.

There was intent to cause harm separate from the expression. Posting a .gif isn't illegal, trying to give someone a seizure is illegal

obviously the 99 years shit is bullshit, but they're only doing that to try and force a plea so they don't have to do their jobs

I'm pretty sure all computers, tvs, phones, tablets, gaming systems, whatever have fine print in the terms of use warning epileptics to use at your own risk. If this protects Nintendo from liability it should protect our friend Mr. Goldstein.

If they offered him 5 years initially then the DA knows they don't have much of a case. The sad thing is, besides Dallas county even taking the charges seriously- the state of Texas uses the justice system as their personal ATM. Even if charges are flagrant the state tends to move ahead with charges for potential profit. They take advantage by scaring citizens into submission with possible prison time. It's a disgusting tactic used everyday in courtrooms across the country.
