Sounds like perfect equality to me. Judged on merits only.
They thought merit was equally distributed, and now that they find out it isn't, they want to make sure they don't lose their vagina privilige. They should just be honest and say they want special treatment based on having vaginas. They would get it. They have gotten it all through history. It's baked into our genetics. Feminism is essentially just women trying to convince themselves that the special treatment they get is for their merit and not their wombs.

Qualifications are the key. No matter what the gender. Im actually almost crying now caus I have to deal with some incompetent fucking spanish guy who doesnt know a manifold from a regulator, I miss the sexy russian chick who knew the difference between BSP and NPT. Its a shame she got fired for nothing :(

Our study isn't showing us the results we wanted, so clearly something must be wrong with the people taking part in it. Nothing wrong with our assumptions. This is science after all and we are academics so trust us, we are right you are wrong. Now, to get the desired results that we know are true and accurate, we will have all white men place a mark on their resumes so we can instantly toss them and pull from only a pool of women and minorities. That will then prove that when hiring based on merit alone, women and minorities do better which clearly shows a current bias towards white men when hiring using attributes showing the gender/race of the candidate.

They did a similar experiment where applicants were interviewed over VOIP with their voices modulated to hide the sex of the candidates. Men still outperformed women: the women had trouble answering questions that challenged the strength of their abilities, were less persistent due to fear of rejection, and focused more on chit-chat than conveying their skills and value as a potential employees.
Frankly, women generally make bad leaders and lack assertiveness. That's not to say I have never seen a good female boss, but it is rare.
